Cyberpunk Ransomware

Cyberpunk ransomware er en nyoppdaget stamme som tilhører Dharma ransomware-familien av kloner.

Cyberpunk krypterer filer og endrer filnavnene, og legger til en kompleks ny utvidelse. Den nye utvidelsen består av offer-ID-strengen, e-posten som brukes av hackeren for kontakt og ".CYBER"-strengen.

Krypteringsprosessen vil gjøre en fil kalt "document.txt" til "document.txt.id-[alfanumerisk streng].[cyberpunk@onionmail.org].CYBER".

Løsepengevaren slipper løsepengene i en fil kalt "CYBER.txt". Et popup-vindu vises også, som inneholder en lengre versjon av notatet som går som følger:
