Cyberpunk Ransomware

Cyberpunk ransomware är en nyupptäckt stam som tillhör Dharma ransomware-familjen av kloner.

Cyberpunk krypterar filer och ändrar filnamnen och lägger till en komplex ny tillägg. Det nya tillägget består av offer-ID-strängen, e-postmeddelandet som hackaren använder för kontakt och ".CYBER"-strängen.

Krypteringsprocessen kommer att förvandla en fil som heter "document.txt" till "document.txt.id-[alfanumerisk sträng].[cyberpunk@onionmail.org].CYBER".

Lösenprogrammet släpper sin lösennota i en fil som heter "CYBER.txt". Ett popup-fönster visas också som innehåller en längre version av anteckningen som ser ut så här:
