Logging Out of Cyclonis Backup

For your convenience, by default, Cyclonis Backup is configured to keep you signed in indefinitely. If you wish to log out of Cyclonis Backup, please follow the instructions below to manually log out.

IMPORTANT: If you are using the Cyclonis Backup app on a shared device, you should log out of your Cyclonis Backup account to help protect the security and privacy of your data against any unauthorized access.

In the desktop app to log out of your Cyclonis Backup account, click the down arrow to the right of your email address in the main window info bar of the desktop application, as shown below, and click Sign Out.

You can also log out of your Cyclonis Backup account from the traybar popup window. In the system tray, click the Cyclonis Backup icon to open the traybar popup window. Next, click the gear icon and select Sign Out from the menu.
