Chily 勒索軟件使用 HTML 贖金票據

研究人員在 11 月下旬發現了一種名為 Chily 勒索軟件的新型勒索軟件。

Chily 與其他勒索軟件變種沒什麼特別之處或截然不同。它將加密您計算機上的大多數文件並使它們的內容混亂。加密的文件類型包括通常的文件、媒體文件、檔案和數據庫都將被加密。

加密後，文件會收到一個新的擴展名，該擴展名由勒索軟件作者使用的聯繫電子郵件組成。這會將名為“document.doc”的文件轉換為“document.doc.[Chily@Dr.Com]”。

贖金票據在包含動態 HTML 的 .hta 文件中傳遞。與此同時，牆紙也會被勒索軟件更改。贖金記錄文件名為“Read Me.Hta”，包含以下文本：
