'Suspension Notice' Scam Hunts for Credentials
A new scam is distributed online using malicious spam emails. The scam uses a simple but tested setup.
The victim is told that their "mailbox account" has been flagged for "suspension" because it allegedly violated the "terms and conditions" of the platform. Of course, this is just a lie intended to scare the user and get them to act quickly.
The full scam email reads as follows:
Suspension Notice.
Your Mailbox account services has been marked for suspension due to violation of our terms and conditions.
To prevent this your are required to verify your [victim] account.
Verify Account
Ensure to verify your account as soon as possible to avoid loosing access.
Thank you,

The "Verify Account" button will take victims to a phishing page that will ask them to enter their account credentials to supposedly stop the fake suspension of their account. Doing this will only hand over your account to the scammers running the campaign.
Remember to be extra careful with unsolicited emails, especially ones that make wild claims about closing your account out of the blue like this and are written in very poor English.
