According to this document, a ransom fee must be paid in order to recover the lost files. However, the criminals do not offer any guarantee that the victim can trust them. Instead, they ask to receive a ransom payment via Bitcoin and provide the emails ghostdog@onionmail.org and ghostdog@msgsafe.io for contact.

Paying the ransom fee is a terrible idea since it would be easy for the attackers to scam you. They will take the money and never respond to your emails. It is never a good idea to co-operate with cybercriminals, and you should always consider this option to be a last resort.
