Questa particolare variante di ransomware crittografa i file, aggiunge l'ID della vittima, l'indirizzo e-mail juli1990@mailfence.com e un'estensione .Juli ai nomi dei file e rilascia una richiesta di riscatto unlock-info.txt.
La nota di riscatto istruisce le vittime a contattare gli indirizzi e-mail juli1990@mailfence.com o juli1992@mailfence.com per assistenza nel ripristino dei propri file e avverte che il tentativo di ripristinarli con software di terze parti potrebbe causare danni permanenti. Gli aggressori offrono uno strumento di decrittazione gratuito in cambio di un file di dimensioni e valore non superiori a 1 MB alla vittima.
