Lösenedeln instruerar offren att kontakta antingen juli1990@mailfence.com eller juli1992@mailfence.com e-postadresser för hjälp med att återställa sina filer och varnar för att försök att återställa dem med programvara från tredje part kan orsaka permanent skada.
