Woman Who Forgets to Turn Off Camera Gets Caught Using Toilet During Work Video Conference Call

Let this be a warning to everyone; it’s essential to ensure that your camera on your computer or smartphone is not on if you choose to take it with you to the bathroom!

In today’s vastly changed world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have taken to video conferencing to do our work at home or communicate with others since we must practice social distancing. While COVID-19 has thrown a proverbial wrench in the life of past d days, we must still be vigilant about our privacy as we take to put our tech devices to work in our home offices, kitchens, and even bathrooms.

In an unfortunate case, a women, who is believed to be from the United States, accidently left her video camera on a conference call that was shared with her work colleagues. As you can imagine, embarrassment ensued as she tended to utilize her toilet while her co-workers presented shock and awe on their faces.

To add insult to injury, the video (above) has made its way onto Twitter, potentially reaching millions. While we’re not sure who shared or even recorded the video of the conference call involving the “toilet work lady”, or as they call her - Jennifer - such an incident is beyond embarrassing.

Some have said the video is a fake. Either way, the video is a stark reminder of how we must be attentive of our privacy – especially during a time like this when we may not be accustomed to working from home or utilizing new forms of video conferencing technology. It’s already bad enough that Zoom, a popularized video conferencing software and app, has come under fire for their lack of privacy and encryption features. Let’s not add fuel to the fire.
