Videos Not Playing on Mac
If you are experiencing issues playing videos on your Mac, then there are some troubleshooting steps that you will need to perform in order to identify and fix the potential cause of the problem. Make Sure that JavaScript is not Disabled
Some users disable JavaScript for privacy or security reasons, but many modern websites require it to be working in order to operate properly. To verify that JavaScript is working in the Safari Web browser, go to Safari -> Preferences -> Security. Make sure that the checkbox 'Enable JavaScript' is marked.
Check for Conflicts Caused by Browser Extensions
Browser add-ons may sometimes interfere with a website's ability to work properly. The most common type of extension to cause such problems are ad blockers, but plenty of other add-ons might cause similar problems.
