Topmusicalcomedy dot com is a misleading website with a largely nonsensical name. It was put up online with a single purpose - to push ads into your browser.

Landing on Topmusicalcomedy dot com, you will see a blank page and an image of a cartoon robot. This is accompanied by large text telling you to "click allow if you are not a robot".

This is a typical fake anti-bot check and is designed to trick users into thinking they are dealing with a legitimate anti-bot protection mechanism, while in reality, they are allowing ads through push notifications, sent from the misleading page.

This can lead to a lot of rogue ads being shown in your browser, both as pop-up windows and embedded ads. Rogue ads can link to all sorts of unpleasant online locations, including scam or phishing pages, other misleading websites and potentially unwanted program installers.
