IdentityStack is an adware application that belongs to the AdLoad family of ad-supported programs, running on Macs.

IdentityStack can drop ads into the pages you browse online or display them as pop-ups. This is normal behavior for all ad-supported apps, but there is one big problem with those ads.

Ad-supported software or adware commonly works together with rogue advertising networks.

Ads that are delivered using rogue ad networks may refer to potentially dangerous pages and unsafe files. Clicks on rogue ads can send you to malicious pages, misleading websites and other questionable content, as well as online scams and fake giveaways or surveys.
