These sites are usually accessed through redirects caused by various means such as rogue advertising networks, spam notifications, intrusive ads, typos in URLs, or installed adware. The content and promotion of these rogue pages may vary depending on the location or IP address of the visitors.

When we visited econsultingcoem.com, it displayed a fraudulent message that said, "PREPARE TO DOWNLOAD! You need to enable browser notification to start downloading." However, this message is not related to any download process. This deception might be convincing to some visitors, especially if they were redirected to econsultingcoem.com after selecting a download option from a website that uses rogue advertising networks. In such cases, the redirect might appear as a natural extension of the download process.

Clicking the "Allow" button permits the webpage to deliver browser notifications, which rogue sites use to run intrusive advertisement campaigns.
