Remove CapitaSearch and Search.capita.space
CapitaSearch is an intrusive application, which is able to change the way Web browsers operate. It can spread via freeware or shareware and can be installed alongside other applications without the user's knowledge. The browser's homepage is modified to Search.capita.space, and a new tab opens this page when you open a new tab. The most effective way of getting rid of CapitaSearch is by running anti-malware software designed to find and eliminate all possible threats on your computer. While such intrusive apps are sometimes removable manually, this is not the case with this one – it may abuse the 'ExtensionInstallForcelist' Chrome Policy to make its removal much more challenging. When you try to get rid of it through the 'Extension Manager' you will see the 'Managed by your organization' error.
Apart from replacing the default homepage and new tab page, Search.capita.space may also take over the place of your favorite search engine. This means that whenever you use the browser address bar to initiate a search, you will be redirected to Search.capita.space. It is important to add that CapitaSearch's behavior is not malicious, but it is certainly intrusive and shady.
