Allcontrolpc dot com is a misleading website that belongs to the "fake antivirus alert" subcategory of misleading pages.
Similar sites will display images styled to look like the interface of a legitimate antivirus application. However, the misleading website owners have nothing to do with the legitimate app. They would usually abuse legitimate affiliate programs to lure visitors into purchasing subscriptions, or would use scary but fake warnings to push ads inside the visitor's browser.
This type of misleading page will commonly show a message telling you that your system is infected with half a dozen viruses, or that you visited an "unsafe website", or that your antivirus subscription has expired.
All of those messages will always be fake, as a random website has no way to obtain any of this information from your system. You should make a mental note to always disregard those messages, keeping in mind they are always fake.
If you run into a similar site, simply close the browser tab without worrying about the fake scary messages on it.
