How to Reset Your Lost Cricket Voicemail Password

If you accidentally lost your password and you can't remember it then your only option is to reset it. This guide will show you how to do so for Android, iPhone and Windows devices.

First, you need to go to your account. Once you've signed into your account, press "Account Settings", and then choose "Reset Password". You can also do it from the myCricket app. Tap the gear icon on your home screen to access the Account Settings. Tap "Reset Voicemail Password" after that.

How to reset your Phone's voicemail password.

iPhone

1. Enter "Settings".
2. Choose the Phone option.
3. Press on "Change Voicemail Password".
4. Enter your current password and tap Done.
5. Type a new password and tap Done.
6. Re-enter the new password and tap Done.

Android Devices (needs to be done via Cricket Visual Voicemail)

1. Enter the Cricket Visual Voicemail app.
2. Press "Menu".
3. Select "Settings".
4. Choose "Password - Manage your Visual Voicemail Password".
5. Enter your current password.
6. Enter a new password.
7. Re-enter the new password when prompted, then tap Save.

Windows devices

1. Enter the Phone app
2. Choose "Settings".
3. Select "Call Voicemail".
4. Use your current password when you have to.
5. Once in the main menu, press 4 for administrative options.
6. Select the password option.
7. Enter your old password.
8. Then enter a new password.
9. The system will confirm your password has been reset successfully.

Feature Phones

1. Press and hold the 1 key on your phone
2. Type the current password when prompted.
3. Then in the main menu, hit 4 for administrative options.
4. Choose the password option.
5. Enter your old password.
6. Then enter your new password.
