How to Steer Clear from Serviceworker.click Ads

Serviceworker dot click is a misleading website. It exists only to spread intrusive and potentially harmful ads to visitors' browsers.
It's hard to imagine anyone could reach Serviceworker dot click without clicking a rogue ad on a different page, which in turn refers to the misleading website. When you land on Serviceworker dot click, you will see a black screen with a loading circle in the middle, implying some content is blocked or still loading.
Along with this, the page will bring up the browser's "allow notifications" dialog box. Unlike other misleading sites, there is no text encouraging the user to click "allow", and the promise of something interesting hidden behind the fake loading circle should be enough.
Clicking "allow" here will give Serviceworker dot click permission to send ads to your browser, using push notifications functionality. The big issue with this is that a lot of those ads may be sourced from rogue ad networks. This means the ads may link to unsafe pages, scams or potentially unwanted software.
To avoid those ads flooding your browser, simply don't click the "allow" button and close the tab with the misleading website open.
