Ourbestspot.com Attempts to Push Ads

Ourbestspot dot com is a generic misleading site that will attempt to fool the user into accepting ads in their browser.

There are hundreds of domains and sites online that look just like Ourbestspot dot com, all of them misleading. They will all display a fake loading bar on a blank page background, along with text urging the visitor to "click the allow button to subscribe to the push notifications and continue watching".

There is no meaningful content on such misleading sites and you were never watching anything in the first place. This is a simple trick to get people to accept push notifications from the untrustworthy page, which will then use this browser functionality to spam the user with ads.

The issue is that a lot of those ads may be sourced through rogue ad networks and they may link to questionable content, scam or phishing portals and potentially unwanted program installers.

You can avoid all of those ad-related issues by simply avoiding pages that tell you to click "allow" anywhere before they load up any meaningful content because all of them will be misleading.
