CoolADSBlockSearch is a rogue browser extension that exhibits behaviors typical for browser hijackers.

The fake search engine promoted in the case of CoolADSBlockSearch is the one at cooladsblocksearch dot com. As with most similar fake engines, it cannot produce results on its own and instead displays a page from nearby dot io - another search engine, which in turn usually scrapes its results from Google searches.
The default search engine used by the browser will also be swapped out for cooladsblocksearch dot com. Those changes are not properly disclosed to the user and are generally considered undesirable.
You should remove similar rogue extensions and browser hijackers from your system whenever you detect similar unwanted behavior, as you gain nothing from their presence and your search queries and browsing habits may be logged and the data on them may be re-sold to third parties.
