How to Reset Your Showtime Password If You Forgot It or If Someone Hacked Your Account
Have you decided it's time to change your Showtime account password? It's generally a good idea to change passwords every once in a while for security purposes. That way you'll keep hackers guessing. Or maybe you lost your Showtime password and need to reset it. It doesn't matter what the specific reason is, if you have decided to update/reset the password for your Showtime account, you only need to follow the steps outlined in this guide.

How to update your Showtime password
- Launch your preferred web browser and navigate to the Showtime website. Also, you can use the Showtime app on your device if you have it installed.
- Next, you need to search for the "Account Settings" on the Showtime website or the Showtime app.
- Select it and open it.
- Scroll down until you find the "Email & password" option. Click/tap on it.
- Select the "Edit" option in the next menu to update your Showtime account password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Press "Save".
Your password has been successfully updated.
How to reset your Showtime password
If something happened to your Showtime password, or someone hacked your account then you should know that you can reset it. Here's how:
- You need to open your browser and navigate to the website of Showtime. It doesn't matter if you're on a computer or some other device.
- Then you must press the "Sign in" button on the Showtime website. This will launch the form for signing in to the Showtime website but because you do not know the password for your Showtime account you need to press the "Forgot password" option.
- Afterward, you will be prompted to enter the email address connected to the Showtime account for which you forgot the password. Type in the email and other details that are required for and confirm that you want to reset your password.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you entered. If you did not receive the confirmation email for some reason check the next part of this guide.
- Open the confirmation email and follow the instructions in that email to reset your password.

First, check your spam/junk folder. Keep in mind that sometimes it takes a few minutes before you get the email. If you're certain that you did not get the email and that it's not in your spam folder then contact Showtime at password@showtime.com.
