Grindeu dot click is a misleading website that uses simple scare tactics to push ads in your browser.
Landing on Grindeu dot click, you will be faced with a number of images that are tailored to look like the interface windows of a legitimate antivirus application. This is done in an effort to lend at least an air of legitimacy to the completely fake claims the page makes.
The text in those images will tell you that your system is infected with half a dozen viruses. Of course, this message is fake and your system is likely completely fine.
Misleading pages use similar scares to push ad pop-ups after making users agree to push notifications while they're scared and confused by the scary but fake warnings.
You should always remember that you should never interact with any elements on similar misleading pages. Make it a rule of thumb never to click on any buttons or links on pages that claim your computer is infected with dangerous malware or viruses. All of those pages, without exceptions, are misleading and are attempting to pull off something nasty, whether it would be redirecting you to rogue antimalware software apps, pushing ads or something similar.
An online web page can never know the infection or security status of your Windows and your system drives and all similar messages are fake. Just remember that and close similar fake and scary warnings immediately when you see them to stay safe from any potential trouble.
