Device-undershield dot com is a misleading website that will attempt to trick users and refer them to further untrustworthy websites.

When you land on Device-undershield dot com, you will see a pop-up box with a disturbing message, telling you your browser has been infected with an "adware virus" that needs to be removed. This is all a fraud. A web page cannot know if you have malware on your system or not and cannot scan your browser or extensions used.

This sort of cheap scare trick is used by misleading sites to get the user to click buttons or links on the misleading page. Those might redirect to scams, malicious pages, or other misleading websites that might attempt to install rogue anti-malware tools or worse on the system.
