Themida Trojan
Themida is the name of a generic Trojan detection, used by a number of security suites.
The file analyzed in this specific instance is called "Disclosing.exe" and can be distributed using all the usual methods used to spread similar malware. Those include malicious pages, malicious emails that contain attachments with macro-enabled files that download the payload from a remote server, or websites claiming to host cracks for paid software and games.
Trojans can have a variety of malicious features, including spying, data scraping and exfiltration, clipboard monitoring and replacing capabilities, and exfiltration of login credentials and cookies.
The best piece of advice when it comes to staying safe from Trojans similar to Themida is to never download files from "crack" or "keygen" websites, as those are almost completely certain to be malicious. Don't open any attachments contained in unsolicited emails and be wary of random pages with strange domain names that ask you to download files or provide personal information.
