Create your Cyclonis Password Manager account with a strong, memorable master password selected by you.

The one and only password to manage your online life.

Creating a Cyclonis Password Manager account is one of the easiest steps in your journey towards a simpler online life. It's also one of the most important ones because you'll be creating your master password at this point. Just don't forget your master password because there's no way to recover or reset it - by design, not even Cyclonis staff or servers have access to your master password or the ability to decrypt your vault and view your data. Ideally, you should use a memorable password when creating your master password.

Choose Where You Want to Store Your Data.

At this point, you should decide where you'll store your personal vault. You have two options:

  • For access to your data anywhere and at anytime, choose the option to use a third-party cloud storage provider account (such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Apple iCloud, and/or Microsoft OneDrive).
  • If, on the other hand, you wish to save your Cyclonis Password Manager vault on a single device, you may store it locally. Keep in mind that Cyclonis Password Manager WILL NOT automatically sync your data across multiple devices if you select the local storage option.

Regardless of where you choose to store your vault, it is encrypted with AES-256, an encryption algorithm used by governments, financial institutions, and in military applications. We never transmit or store your master password on our servers. This means that we cannot see your data.

By design, your master password is the only thing that can decrypt your vault.

Import Your Passwords from Your Web Browsers.

Are you already using a web browser to manage your passwords? With just a few clicks, you can easily import your stored usernames and passwords from your browser to store and organize them in your encrypted Cyclonis Password Manager vault. You can start the import process in the setup wizard when you install Cyclonis Password Manager. You can also access data import features via the File menu at any time once you have installed Cyclonis Password Manager.

Review your Password Strength Scores Using the Password Analyzer.

Once you have added passwords to your Cyclonis Password Manager vault, Cyclonis Password Manager's Password Analyzer employs a complex algorithm to estimate their complexity and strength. Some of the factors used by the algorithm include the estimated complexity of a password, whether a password was reused, and how long ago a password was added to your vault.

Use the Password Generator to Create Complex Passwords.

Using individualized complex passwords for each of your various online website accounts is a recognized practice. Thinking up, say, 50 unique passwords, is theoretically possible, but it can be a hassle. With Cyclonis Password Manager's Password Generator, you can generate multiple complex passwords, each of your preferred length. You can even decide if you want to include special characters for an added layer of complexity. Cyclonis Password Manager can manage your multiple passwords so you don’t have to remember them all.

Add your personal data to your Cyclonis Password Manager Wallet and have it in one central place.

The built-in Cyclonis Password Manager wallet is a great place to store your sensitive documents and other data in an encrypted manner. Anything from your personal notes to your payment information and IDs can be stored in your Cyclonis Password Manager vault. This way, forgetting the password for your home Wi-Fi network will become a thing of the past, and all the information you need to provide on those long and tedious online forms will be just clicks away.
