How to Uninstall Logitech Control Center
Logitech Control Center is Logitech's official software for Macs. It is meant to allow users to easily manage all of their Logitech peripherals – configure settings, set up profiles, and more. It is important to add that Logitech Control Center is not necessary to use Logitech peripherals – they can run just fine without this software. If you do not wish to use Logitech Control Center on your Mac any longer, then you can follow these steps to uninstall it:
Use the Uninstaller
Logitech Control Center will drop an uninstaller utility when you first install it on your computer. To access it, Go to Finder -> Applications -> Utilities, and run 'LCC Uninstaller.app.' Confirm the action, enter your account credentials, and wait for the process to complete.
Manual Removal
If the above trick does not work, then you should try uninstalling Logitech Control Center manually. Once again, go to Finder -> Applications, but this time drag the 'LCC Connection Utility' and 'LCC Uninstaller' to the trash bin. Finally, empty the trash.
Removing Logitech Options?
Logitech Options is an additional piece of software that may be introduced alongside Logitech Control Center. To remove it as well, head to Finder -> Applications -> Utilities, and run the 'Logi Options Uninstaller.app' tool. Once again confirm your password, and wait for the task to finish.
