Fisakalzb Ransomware rozszerza rodzinę klonów Snatch
Fisakalzb ransomware to nowo odkryty członek rodziny klonów oprogramowania ransomware Snatch.
Nowa odmiana nie robi nic spektakularnego ani nowatorskiego. Zaszyfruje większość plików znalezionych w systemie ofiary i uniemożliwi ich odczytanie.
Zaszyfrowane typy plików obejmują pliki multimedialne, dokumenty, pliki archiwów i pliki wykonywalne. Po zaszyfrowaniu plików do ich oryginalnej nazwy dodawane jest rozszerzenie „.fisakalzb”. Spowoduje to, że plik o nazwie „image.jpg” zmieni się w „image.jpg.fisakalzb” po zaszyfrowaniu.
Oprogramowanie ransomware umieszcza swoją notatkę z żądaniem okupu w pliku o nazwie „JAK PRZYWRÓCIĆ SWOJE PLIKI.TXT”. Nota o okupie jest napisana po angielsku i brzmi następująco:
