Cos'è Nuis Ransomware?

Nuis ransomware è un nuovo malware distribuito dagli attori delle minacce che utilizzano l'infrastruttura del ransomware Djvu.

Nuis crittografa quasi tutti i riquadri di un sistema e lascia il suo contenuto codificato. Una volta crittografati, i file ricevono l'estensione ".nuis". Questo trasformerà un file chiamato "document.txt" in "document.txt.nuis" dopo la crittografia.

Nuis crittograferà la maggior parte dei tipi di file multimediali, documenti, archivi e database, nonché eseguibili.

Una volta terminato il processo di crittografia, il ransomware elimina le sue richieste di riscatto all'interno di un file denominato "_readme.txt". Il testo completo della richiesta di riscatto è il seguente:
